Architectural Design
With your vision as our guide, we collaborate closely with you and our architects to bring your custom home to life. This phase is all about turning your ideas into tangible plans, starting with room layouts and evolving into detailed floorplans and elevations. Our focus is on creating a design that perfectly captures your desired aesthetic and functional needs.
Selections
The selection phase is where your home truly becomes yours. Working together, we'll navigate the exciting world of interior and exterior selections. Our role is to be your guide and collaborator, helping you choose elements that reflect your style and fit within your budget. This process is organized and stress-free, ensuring every choice adds to the unique character of your custom home.
Construction
As we move into construction, you're welcome to visit the site anytime. We value your involvement and want you to see your home taking shape. Using our online client portal, we keep you updated with regular logs, photos, and financials. We also arrange periodic walkthroughs at crucial stages, like rough-ins, to discuss progress and answer any questions.
Move-In
The final stage is a thrilling one – moving into your new home. We conduct a thorough final walkthrough, using blue tape to mark any areas needing attention, ensuring everything meets our high standards. After you've settled in, we don't just walk away. We have a 1 year schedule to address any warranty issues. Our commitment to your satisfaction, and our confidence in our workmanship means we're always here for you.
